• A round that does not verify. Send the game, server seed, client seed, nonce and what the game showed; the seeds panel has all of it.
• A game bug. Browser, device and what happened. Screenshots help.
• Anything that feels like pressure to play. We want to hear it; that is the line we said we would not cross.

PlinkoLab has no accounts and no money, so there is nothing to recover or refund. For anything about a Craze account, use Craze's own support.
